he following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Hundred Showroom Limited trading under SATION_, hereinafter referred to as “SATION_”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the STATION_ website, or mobile website (jointly referred to as ”sation.studio”).
By using sation.studio and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
Only persons of legal age, 18 years or older, can place an order. STAION_ and its distributor reserves the right to restrict different areas for delivery during certain times of the year. This could be due to adverse weather conditions that exist in these areas which hinder delivery. More information can be found on our customer service pages – Delivery.
The inclusion of any products or services on sation.studio at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on stories.com at the time you place your order.
We want to provide the best possible online experience. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the hm.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.
2. Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed at sation.studio include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge.
3. Ordering/conclusion of contract
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact SATION_ Customer Service who will settle the refund.
SATION_ is a curated fashion marketplace, connecting you directly to the next generation of designers. Most of our products are shipped directly from our designers and artists who use their own packaging and shipping provider. Please, note that we only take a small commission on sales and cannot provide free shipping and free returns.
SATION_ exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your expected delivery details.
4a. Where does STAION_ ship to?
We deliver our products to the UK Mainland and Worldwide. Certain items have transportation restrictions and cannot be shipped to some locations so we reserve the right to cancel your order if a delivery option isn’t available to your location. Full refund will be provided.
4b. Customs charges
If your order is for international delivery (outside UK Mainland, or outside the country of production), it may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the region for which the item is destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
4c. How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
Please track your package and be aware if customs are trying to contact you. We can not take responsibility for any lost package once it is in your country.
4d. Undeliverable parcels
If we are unable to deliver your package, according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to us. You will be notified and extra delivery and customs charges may apply.
5. Withdrawal of Order
If the item you have received is defective, please notify SATION_ promptly within 48 hours and return the item in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. We will, for any products deemed defective, provide a replacement or a full refund, including the costs of delivery.
If you ordered from outside the UK Mainland or outside the country of production and have paid duty to your local customs office, we will not be able to refund it to you as we have no control over those charges, you will have to reclaim it directly from them.
The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
In the event of an error in connection with any products or services displayed through sation.studio (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), we reserve the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.
Please note that some items are not subject to returns/refunds. This includes all made-to-order and pre-order items, items in the art section, pierced jewellery, accessories, bags, hair items / wigs and lingerie. For other items, you are entitled to return your order for any reason within 10 days of receiving the order. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to make a return, please email email@example.com with ‘’Return – your order number’’ in the subject line and the reason for return. Then, we will provide you with instructions and the return address.
You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging and price labels must be returned with the product without having been altered.
The refund will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the item. Please, note that shipping costs can not be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the item back to you.
Please note, it can take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.
6a. Returns from outside UK Mainland
You will be responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office. Items being returned from outside of the UK mainland must be marked as “Returned Goods” so as not to incur customs charges. We are unable to accept items for which there are customs charges.
7. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
7a. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7b. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
7c. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
8. Payment method
We use PayPal for all our online payments so all orders will be processed using their secure payment gateway. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to pay for your order but may have more payment options if you have one.
You will receive the legally required invoice in the shipping confirmation email.
9. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit STAION_’s liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms, we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach.
SATION_ is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on sation.studio shall be limited to the total price of your order.
10. Product Colours
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, SATION_ abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know within 14days of receiving it.
SATION_ reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
14. Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at sation.studio remain with SATION_ by Hundred Showroom Ltd and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of sation.studio or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our written permission.
